The LAKAS Piña chest proudly displays a full color carabao embroidery, symbolizing strength and perseverance, adorned with sampaguita flowers, banana leaves, and straws of rice; each element chosen as a reminder of resilience, beauty, and the land that sustains us. The carabao itself bears a Ling ling-o on its nose, representing continuity, connection, and the eternal cycle of life.

Now crafted in traditional Piña material, the Baro LAKAS Piña pays homage to the Philippines’ most historic textile.  Legend states that the Spanish use to force Filipinos to wear the transparent material to deter them from hiding any weapons. 

With every LAKAS Piña purchased we have included a custom cut and sew Barong undershirt, but with a twist.  We printed the concealed weapon on the back of the shirt revealing your weapons while wearing your LAKAS Piña!  Hidden in plain sight!
